Hello! I’m Rhoda. With a background in Fine Arts and a deep appreciation for architecture, I found Barcelona to be the perfect place to call home. Its beauty, history, and vibrancy continue to amaze me every day.
After years in language teaching, I shifted to tourism because I wanted to share this city’s magic with visitors. From grand landmarks to hidden gems, I’ll guide you through the Barcelona I love—majestic, quaint, picturesque, and unforgettable.

From Visitor to Local – Let Me Show You Barcelona!
Hi! I’m Nigel, a Brit of Caribbean descent who, like so many others, fell in love with Barcelona at first sight. My first visit in 1994 changed everything, and by 1998, I had made this incredible city my permanent home.
As a relocation and mobility consultant, I’ve spent years helping people from all over the world settle in Barcelona or establish a part-time base here. But not everyone has the chance to call this paradise home, which is why I decided to expand my expertise into tourism, travel planning, and event organization. With these new skills, I can share everything I’ve learned and experienced so that you can make the most of your visit—even if it’s just a short stay—guided by a local like me.
