Return and Refund Policy
At A Different Barcelona, we strive to offer unique and memorable experiences to our customers. We understand that plans can sometimes change, so we have developed a fair and transparent return and refund policy.

Advance Payment
To confirm a booking, a 50% advance payment of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour date or on the same day, as agreed upon at the time of booking. -
Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations more than 15 days in advance:
If you cancel your booking more than 15 days before the tour date, we will refund 100% of the advance payment. -
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days in advance:
If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before the tour date, we will refund 50% of the advance payment. -
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance:
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days in advance, no refund of the advance payment will be made.
- Booking Modifications

Modifications more than 7 days in advance:
You can modify the tour date without penalty, as long as you request it at least 7 days in advance. The new date will be subject to availability. -
Modifications less than 7 days in advance:
If you request a modification less than 7 days in advance, a 10% change fee of the total tour cost will apply. The new date will be subject to availability.
- Cancellations or Modifications by A Different Barcelona
In exceptional cases (e.g., extreme weather conditions, logistical issues, or force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. In such cases:
- An alternative date will be offered to the customer.
- If the customer cannot attend on the proposed new date, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of the request. -
